JNC china waste oil distillation plant
This machine can be used in black engine oil, to get gasoline and diesel oil through distilled catalyst. Pumping into the heater with Waste oil which can be pretreated, through the coal (or fuel oil) heating to working temperature,the maximum working temperature is the 410 degree and the required gasoline and diesel oil can be obtained after catalytic distillation. When the reaction of waste oil in reactor is complete, stop heating, and remove residue from the tank of bottom, then this machine can be used again.
Systems of equipment
1,Reaction tank: waste oil will be pumped into this tank from the coarse filter .
2,Heating system: through burning coal or fuel oil to make the oil temperature up to setting value. this system equipped with insulation system.
3,Catalytic system: waste oil reaches the predetermined temperature, via catalytic effect, then the gaseous hydrocarbons will become gasoline, kerosene and diesel composition.
4,Cooling system: gasoline, kerosene and diesel after catalytic effect can be condensed into liquid materials.
5,Temperature control system: ensure that waste oil transform into gasoline, kerosene and diesel oil, waste oil drying by distillation, can stop heating timely.
6,Exhaust gas handling system: a small amount of not liquefied gas via treated, can meet emission standards.
Index of oil after treatment:
